Mrs. AA finished up the singing last night so she didn't have to go back today.

I cut my MILs yard and am about to make a SAMS club run to get some things to take to a cookout.

The son of some good friends has graduated from Boston University and has his commission in the Air Force. He's home for a week and it will be great to see him again.

He's an outstanding kid.

back from work...they only needed me for 8 today...which is bad b/c I wanted to pick up some extra money...but good b/c I get to come home.........Let me just say: DONT GET SICK IN JULY!....it is when all of the med students become first year residents! Not a fun day with that today! And I get to go back tomorrow and do it all over again!


Lorraine: they did not have any tigger tanks left..just pooh, grumpy, minnie and eyeore....so whew....I'm off the hook!

Which must not have been very long ago based on your response on the previous page.

We had a great time at the cookout. We realized that this little boy who we first met when he was 8 is now the age I was when Mrs. AA and I were engaged and I was living in Montgomery.

Sandi, thank you... yes she is adorable... she is nearly 4 and still behaves like a kitten. And a proud mama moment... she is really one of the most beautiful cats I've ever seen. Only other as beautiful is Cleo

DH and I had a nice night out. We tried to go to Texas Roadhouse, but the wait was 45-55 minutes. So we went to Don Pablo's. No wait! I was too tired to have a drink though. Our waitress gave us a big bag of their homeade chips to take home! I guess she could tell we loved them since we had the basket filled 2 more times.

Our school system doesn't provide Driver's Ed. but he does have to have it to get his license. The community college gives it at the school right after school for $300. That's what he'll be doing.

All 3 of us went to Sarah's camp tonight and took her out to dinner. We went to a sefood restaurant right on the river and sat on the deck and ate crabs. It was very nice.

Tomorrow we are going to take another day trip to the ocean. This summer is going to be a lot of small trips instead of one big one.

I think I am never buying one of those furry mouse toys for the cats again. Cleo or Gwen left one on the stairs and I didn't see it a little while ago as I was going down to do something (all lights are off because Luis is asleep). Just became one of those things that goes bump in the night
