DS is sleeping over the IL's tonight. DH is out w/ his buddies, so i told him to just go up to his parents and spend the night, then he could bring DS back w/ him in the morning. Now I get the whole bed to myself!

Wow, where has this day gone? Let's see I didn't spend much time on the ineternet from lunch on, since I did so much this morning. I went out during lunch to get a new lens for my new camera. I came home and promptly went outside with my laptop on the deck to play online. My honey came home and shortly after, I started messing with my camera and trying to figure it out. Got held up a little and by 6 I had signed off the internet (w/o getting any good catch up done here) and went over to my dad's. I gave him his "new" camera and the three of us sat there with our toys (Luis included) and took some pictures... about 3 hours later I come home... you'd think I'd catch up right away? Naaaaa... I'll save it for later So here I am, I have read everything and then promptly forgot it all

hi everyone!

Woke up this morning to a horrible storm and no power!!

It has been off allllllllllll day and finally just came back on!!

My parents who live a couple holes down from me came over on their golf cart to get us so we didn't have to sit in the dark all day. On the path between our houses was a huge tree completely uprooted and laying on it's side, it was an amazing site. There were all kinds of limbs litered about and a trampoline (not mine) all mangled and in one of the ponds. I'm just glad no one was hurt seems to have been some "gustnado's". I'm not sure what that means but the weather guy kept saying it over and over.

E- Was going to tell you that there are no "scary" spiders in POA. Ron's dreaming about them but you don't see them you just see him kinda wake up and tell harry about it. There is also a scene where Ron causes a shape shifter to turn in to a giant spider that kinda looks like the one in COS (giant and fake) but then instantly turns it into something really funny. I think you would be ok to see it at the theater if that's your only reservation.

(remember my 6 year old has seen it several times and he just laughed and laughed)

I think I need to brush up on my HP terminology. But if you are talking about the spider in the 2nd Harry Potter, there is no way I can handle that one. It creeped me more than the LOTR: ROTK spider. Not sure why either. I did hear exactly what happened with the spider for Ron though... that's kind of funny. I need to send Luis in first to watch it, he knows what I can and can't handle.

Shoot an itty bitty teeny one was crawling around while I was on the deck this afternoon... I jumped pretty high for that one

Sorry you were w/o power for so long though. Glad that you were rescued eventually.

Luis just came up and I wanted to show him some pics so I better go. That and I am sooooo tired.

Good Morning!
The Wedding was wonderful! I took 2 rolls of film which I am going to drop off around 9:00 a.m.. Both BB and Andy were in the wedding Party, BB was the Matron of Honor. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and we got a lot of outdoor photos.

They are coming this morning to lay the block for the addition (they poured the foundation earlier this week). I hope it doesn't rain!

Good morning all! I amazingly slept in until nearly 8 today I haven't looked outside yet but if it is nice enough I will hopefuly wash my car and head to the river to take some pictures.

We now have another driver in the family. Andrew has his learner's permit. We went to the high school and drove around the parking lot for 30 minutes. It is so funny the first time they are behind the wheel. It isn't as easy as it looks and I feel like I am going to be put through the windshield with every stop. After that accident last week, it will be a while before I get him out in traffic. Thanks for the well wishes.
