We steam cleaned the carpet in the living room and dining room last night. We let it dry and tonight we do another rinse. My house is all torn up, but the carpet looks better.

It's dark and rainy. Hope it's not pouring at camp. David will have fun even if it does, but it's more fun if you can go to the pool, boating, etc.

Bowling camp sounds fun. Do they teach them how to bowl, too? I'm bowling-challenged, so it would be fun for me, but not my instructor.

I think I may concentrate on cleaning the bathroom today. Fun, fun, fun! I need some zippy music to get me motivated.

Hello Angels and Cherubs......

I am off on an adventure.....


The kids and I have decided to go and invade my DH's peace and quiet in Erie for a couple of days................

While we are there we may visit an indoor waterpark called Splash Lagoon...see it here or just visit the beach at Presque Isle if it is nice......(chance of rain I think). Dan will be working so it will still be just the kids and I but we will at least see him for dinner.


Everybody stay out of trouble....(uh huh )...see ya Friday AM.......although...... there is the laptop, you know!

Hi All!
We had some storms around here this afternoon that were pretty bad. Apparantly there were reports of four inch hail about 40 miles away

HI gang.

RL seems to be getting in the way of DISsing. Today is DH's birthday (and Donald Duck's) so we went out for breakfast before I went to work.

Tonight is Student of the Year Banquet. Both kids were Students of the Month so are invited free. Family has to pay. We are all going but I don't think either of my 2 will win. Pretty much have to have straight A's. It is an honor to attend though. That is the last awards until graduation Saturday.

With the way I bowled during the playoffs this year; I guess I should sign up for the camp this summer

No instruction....just 2 games per week. The kids in the league are ages 4-7 and they get to use the bumpers.

Blech bad day... bad headache, bad work, bad husband... I was talking to him this morning and he got dates (not weekends as I thought at first) so it looks like I am home this weekend... doubt he'll find a replacement for Sunday. Such is life...

Lars, it's rained all day here, but no hail. It's a soggy mess in my yard. Water is standing everywhere. In Oklahoma it's always feast or famine.

We went out for Chinese tonight. I ate too much.

Getting ready to do the rinse on the carpet, so I can put all the furniture back on Friday. We still need to do our bedroom and bath, Amy's bedroom (IF she ever gets it cleaned up) and the playroom. We're getting there.

I get up early in the morning and head to the Great American Scrapbook Convention in Arlington, TX. I go every year with my good friend. We aren't spending the night, so it'll be a quick trip. Just fun to see all the new products, etc.

It's been a busy, HOT day around here. Some thunderstorms seem to be headed our way now.

The concert was fun. Matt had a solo with chorus that he didn't tell us about ahead of time...he just said there was a surprise. He had practice tonight and EB & I hit the grocery store. Now I'm slowly fading but with thumpers headed our way I don't think I'll get to sleep for a while.

PS. Going to finally get all our hotels booked this weekend for PA&FL. Still not sure where best to stay in PA, we think we are just going to get a hotel via Hotwire in the Historic Waterfront.... We have also come to the conclusion we can't quite afford to stay onsite so are trying to find something in DTD or as close! Wish us luck!
