We're 1.5 miles away......we can (and have) actually watch the pre-race here at home, leave here when they start driver intros, and be in our seats for the green flag.

yes, both of our races are sold out. But if you do decide to head to NH, let me know....we have tickets for each race. Seats for Nextel cup are from $75-105

Good evening everyone. Dh and I just cleaned the first floor of the house. The second floor will have to wait. This after a nice pork chop dinner and I have banana bread in the oven. The washer and dryer have been running all day too. Who said this was a day of rest?? I was tired before and am ready to collapse into bed now.

Hi folks. How are things going?

You've been busy Carol. We went through the desk looking for tax stuff and medical pre-tax stuff that is due in the next couple of weeks. I thought we were busy.

I'm waiting for pictues, too.

I had a chat with Gaspode this evening. It was good to hear from her. She says she hopes to be around on this thread tomorrow. I told her we've missed her.

Amy is at youth group. David didn't go tonight. Too tired from his busy weekend. They were going to watch PotC, E. We need to pick her up in a few.

Anyone else watching the awards tonight? I'm getting ready to search for the correct channel.

Well, the keyboard is fixed. It was really acting up.

Over the weekend, we went to the sea coast on Saturday and went to the big lake yesterday. It is amazing, the lake is frozen solid, people drive to their ice shacks. Down here, everything is melting, even the little ponds. I did wave when we went by your house, Stephanie.

Lots of cute smileys, lots of news, but I can't catch up. I was up till midnight hoping the Pirate would win the Oscar, but he lost out. The dogs both slept till 4, and that was it for me, although I think I may go back to bed for a little nap after Pete leaves for work.

I found out one more thing, people are still skipping out on their exchanges, this time 2 kids got left out, and one adult. I am glad of the banee list, although I hate that it gets longer with every exchange.
