I just saw parts of a Mardi Gras special last night on the Travel Channel and it told about making the King cake. (I had never heard of it before either). But it looks yummy!

MP: had to laugh about your BTW post. My DH always says when those words come out of my mouth, he wants to run and hide!

I have major cabin fever today and feel like just getting in the car and going somewhere fun! (unfortunately, I have nowhere fun to go today! ) Hey, anyone want to meet me in Disney, in about 16 hours???? lol
Since it is spur of the moment, lets throw caution and money to the wind and stay concierge at the Beach Club!!!!

Hi all!!! Bit of a frustrating day here at work. I saw mention of cake and I began to wonder though, should I be good and eat healthy today or live it up and fast tomorrow. Then again my normal eating lately has been teh same as the technical definition of fasting... what to do... what to do

Of course not, I hate that I can't type well, and I try really hard to read before posting, but alas, it is a lost cause most times. ANd sometimes, the typos make for the best or most interesting reading, eihter during or after!

Wow, I haven't been on here since yesterday!
There seems to be a 24 hour stomach virus going thru my house!
After I got home from work, I was real busy making jello and chicken noodle soup for DS and DH and regular dinner for my mom and me. BB called from Philly, she's sick also!!
We figured it had to be some kind of virus since none of us ate together! Otherwise we might be blaming it on that.

Sandi, I love my pizza stone, it was one thing thet HAD to be unpacked in this horrible house. I use it for everything, but do have to put foil on it to avoid pizzay cookies and things!

My dogs are pacing behind me, they think it's time for dinner. It's not. Sometimes I wish I had a fence in the yard to put them in. Plus one of them has gaseous emmisions, I guess that is their way of telling me they are mad that I won't feed them.

I need to know, what happend on MBFOF? Did she get the cash, or did the family ruin it? DId sshe find out that all his family was a hoax? I should have watched, but since I didn't watch any of it before, I figured I could find out onthe DIS.

EB seems fine....had a good day and no complaints!!!!!!

I could complain plenty about some of the people who called me at work today but work is over!

Matt needs the computer tonight for homework (the nerve of that kid! ) Then the boys will be watching the Providence-Notre Dame game tonight. EB and I will be watching American Idol.

Looks like the Big East tournament could be fun around here with fans for Pitt, UConn & PC. Any other athletic supporters out there.......how about you Lou????

Yes, we have a Seniors ministry, but I guess this group is designated as those who are not quite there yet.

I do occassionally also have to actually work the store, but if it is slow, we are somewhat encouraged to work on projects. Either our own or store samples.
I get a 25% store discount, not too shabby
