Hi Guys~We just got back from the big 'planning meeting' with the SILs & BILs..................we finally have a decision on where we are going........& we will be going to Rockport We'll only be spending 2 or 3 days there & we are also planning to try to visit Hershey PA. My SIL wll be making all the final reservations & plans this week. Phew! Nice to finally have it all settled.
So.......who wants to come to Rockport????

It was lots of fun meeting Sandy today!!!!!! We chatted about all kids of things, strolled the shopping area of the casino, and checked out a really cool shop that had several aquariums...one even had a shark (and it wasn't a loan shark for the folks in the casino!)


Time for me to sleep too.....didn't get too much last night...but we had a great night!

Rockport is a little far for me. Sounds fun though.

We're home from our busy day and I'm crashing. I'm so sleepy. The party was loads of fun. We liked the other families and it was nice to get to know some folks.

Glad Gail and Lew were lucky. Sounds like you had fun with Sandy.

I better quit typing while I'm ahead. I'm bound to make a huge typo soon and I'll never hear the end of it. I'll check back tomorrow.

Enjoyed my time w/ Gail and Lew chatting over some Starbucks coffee - glad they took me to see the shark or I probably would have missed it ! Brought lots of spare change with me to play the slots - played for quite a while and had made a small profit ..... but I played that profit and walked away even - not too bad - I had fun !

My screen keeps blinking (and I only had 2 beers yesterday )) .... think I'm going to go try out some other websites to determine if it's the DIS or my computer or AOL connection ..... is this happening to anyone else ??

Gail~We're planning to arrive there on the 4th of July & stay approx 3 days.......is that during your WDW trip? btw my vote of course was to take them to WDW.....one SIL (another Disney gal) & me-our excuse was for them to relive a family vacation from when their kids were young LOL We obviously got out voted MASS here we come!!! the Hershey trip should be fun for the kids!

Off to church so Sarah can tell her camp experiences to the congregation. It is a blatant ploy for money for the church to be able to help offset the cost of going to camp for the kids in our church. We have benefitted in the past.

Carol - woo hoo for Sarah choosing Univ. of Maryland! My friend took me for a walk around there before, it is a nice campus. congrats to Andrew too.

I'm all dressed for church now, but DS is still sleeping and DD just woke up. Looks like we will be going to a later mass. Yucky weather outside, but we still managed to grill hot dogs and hamburgers yesterday. Have a great day all!
