Thanks for posting minniecarousel. I'm so glad that you had a great time in New York. I don't know how you did it in this heat and humidity.
4nana, I'm so sorry your mom is having so many health problems. I sent you a private message. Of course you have my prayers for your mom and you also.
I will let you all know how the dinner goes tomorrow night. I'm really looking forward to it.
We did swimming lessons today. I thought I would die from the humidity in there. The sweat was just pouring off me. Of course my little Zoey just had to cuddle with me holding a towel for about 20 minutes. LOL I enjoyed the cuddle, but that made me feel even hotter.
I was never so glad for lessons to be over and we could go outside. There was a breeze and it actually felt chilly.
When I got home I was just too worn out to go in the pool in the sun. I waited until 4 and then swam for an hour. The pool was still 88. I got out when I heard thunder. About a half hour later we got a really nice downpour and it was cooled off to 70. What a relief.
