i don't think it actually exists. i've torn that place apart looking for it, but i think it was one of those ideas that either folded right after it opened, or never got off the drawing board.

I don't know anything about Andy's Room at Pizza Planet, but there is a giant sized Andy's Room at the AllStar Movies Resort. It includes a giant sized door, a giant Buzz & Woody, Bo Peep & Rex. We loved it!
