Out's whole family of characters is so friendly and liked by so many VMK lets him drive where ever he wants.

It started out where I saw a screen shot on another VMK fan site of somebody else "off water" in the Explorers' Tent area and the explanation of how they did it. Then once when I was nedding it happened to me in the dock area. At that point I started to watch for it happening in that area (that seems to be the only area where you can sometimes actuualy see the slip "off water"). Lately I have been trying to make it happen. That will probably stop once I get "off water" on Tiki Island.

I have never had a boat slip anywhere, except on the far left or far right of the screen. In all cases except for the dock area this was when the boat was actually off screen.Also I have never had a boat slip to the right of the river yet, but haven't really tried either.

In the dock and rhino/lions den screen the boats have always slipped on the far right of the screen. Just hold down the left arrow key and sometimes the screen doesn't go to the next screen. At this point you just back up (down arrow key) and use the right arrow key to bring your boat into view.

In all the others areas I use the down arrow key to back off the screen and then the left arrow key to slip. At that point you can just let the boat proceed forward normally and use the left and right arrow keys to place it where you want.

Or it could be that they are just afraid of getting anywhere near the boat.
