First, I apologize is this is being posted in the wrong area of the forum. Feel free to move wherever but it's my first dabble in the DVC section.

I'm pretty giddy and excited and know none of my friends from home (aka non-Disney folk) would understand.

Have been wanting DVC for awhile now and just found a perfect listing yesterday and already emailed the contract and was told it was sent for ROFR today.

What I got... 200 points at BLT with 162 banked from 2012, 200 banked from 2013, and full 200 coming in both 2014 and 2015. $100 per point.

I know that by the time everything is official I won't have much time to use the 2012 banked points but will try to rent them out if myself or friends/family can't use them.

So now the wait begins. It's only been a few hours since being sent to ROFR and I'm already antsy. This is going to be a LONG 30 days!

I'm waiting too. My dh asks me several times a day if we've heard anything yet, even though he knows it will be at least 2-3 weeks (at a minimum, I know!) before we hear anything. LOL

Congratulations ... sounds like a great contract and a great price!

The wait is agonizing ... we just received our membership packet from Disney today on our first contract ever as DVC members -- at BLT -- it took approximately 10 weeks from contract signing to being able to make a reservation.
