And I thought 30 Sounded Old!

Insides feel the same as when I was twenty, the outsides:rotfl2:

All the superficial 'stuff' aside, I am enjoying life more as I age (and age and age!) because I am more sure of who 'I' am and what I want and what I stand for, (and won't stand for too!!)

So I am 53 :scared1: and alls well. Except my hair color, and I am working on that:rotfl:

Happy Birthday, and go backwards if it bothers you! Instead of 31 you can become 29 again.

Kathleen

I will be 40 this year. But I am straight. Does that mean I am really older or younger? :confused3

I wanna know too! I am 29, 30 in March... Haven't decided if I am thrilled with that yet... but it's gonna be a fabulous year - so I'll deal!

HaPpY bIrThDaY!!!

The way I see it... There are only Two age categories...

you are etiher "My Age" or "you annoy me"

So Brendrek... The jury is still out under which you fall into.

Happy Birthday.

I must be one of the wise ancient ones......well...okay...one of the ancient ones.

44 this July, which means I'm ready to retire (in lesbian years!!):rotfl: I gotta say, 30's were alright, but my 40's have been AMAZING!! I'm SO looking forward to 50 and wearing a very cool red hat!! ;)

Actually, I don't think 40 is a bad thing. I could use a bit of Botox around the eyes, but I am way too much of a weenie for that.

Besides, my gimpy eye is just now looking better after the stye debacle last year. Better not to go injecting stuff in there. :scared:

So I will simply wear my wrinkles proudly. Or I will buy some lovely sunglasses. :cool2:

Ironically, the REASON I am wrinkled is because I HATE sunglasses. I am always squinting. Now I will need to wear them to hide the wrinkles I probably wouldn't HAVE if I had been wearing sunglasses all along.

Well technically I should poke your eyes out for thinking that you're feeling old. :) But I'll say Happy Birthday anyways. :rotfl:

I'm 44 and I'm happy as hell. Bring on another year. I'm healthy as a horse, happy as can be, absolutely in love, have a wonderful home and partner. Didn't have any of those when I was in my early 30's. I'm happy getting older, because things just keep getting better.

Plus, I don't look a day over 35.....:rolleyes1

Another older poster chiming in. I'm just north of 40 and never thought I was going to be one of those people who said that things get better the older you get, but they do! Trust us!

24 here!:goodvibes ( I love the way we do math!)

Using that math....i'm 2. I don't like this math. :lmao:
So anyhoo...I guess I am the youngest one to comment and I'd have to agree with most everyone else...Can't complain at 20, won't be complaining at 30-99, the only time i'll complain is when i get too old so that i can't ride Tower of Terror, but by that time I better be dead. :rotfl2:
