Anatomy of a Zebra Dome

I've heard good things about the Zebra Domes at Boma. Can anyone explain what they are and what's inside them?

We tried them 12/06 and thought they were very overrated...from what I remember there is a white cake base (very thin) with a mocha mousse filling, covered in white chocolate with dark chocolate drizzle.
