Anaheim islander hotel

Hi everyone ~ has anyone stayed at the Anaheim Islander Hotel. It's not listed as a "good neighbor" hotel, but has great reviews on Trip Advisor. Any input is appreciated.

If your talking the Anaheim Islander Inn and Suites, yes we have. 3 times!!

Loved it.
*We found the rooms very clean, large in size.
*Helpful and nice owners (who live on property) and staff.
*The walk is about a 15 minute walk to DL gates.
*The breakfast was nothing special (muffins, donuts, apples, juice and coffee) but we took a quick trip to target and got some yogurts, milk and more fruit and it was just fine for us.
*There is no hot tub, but a pool of descent size (if you have small children bring them a floatie as the shallow end is deep.

We will be staying here again when we return.

We stayed there a few years ago for our first trip to Disneyland. Loved the huge rooms! Very clean, staff was very friendly. The walk to Disneyland was fine...the walk home sucked LOL. We were very tired from walking 1000 miles in DL and our feet hurt I swear the hotel was getting farther and farther away

All in all, big, nice rooms. I would stay there again.
