Didn't have a great experience at POR. FQ - love it...but the Christmas decorations...dunno. CSR is by far the most beautifully decorated moderate during the holidays - and as nice as some deluxe resorts. I actually like CBR (stayed in what is now a pref location 5 times, but not since 2004 or the Nemo theme...what's that about in a Caribbean themed resort anyway?? )
Guess I am trying to convince myself to try WL, but it doesn't really appeal, have read lots of recent complaints about room conditions and would have to see the Poly where we just canceled.

Oh, I do have a 30/35/30% pin to use which sure helps.

I agree with you on CBR...colors/theme -- nope, not for me. But a lot of people love it (I guess it's great with little kids).

Christine, you know me. Really, you should go back to the CSR since you've not seen the room renovations--I think you'd really like them. I can't suggest WL because I don't like it and would never stay there. Do you like the CR?

Yeah, I'm not a fan of WL either - though it is beautifully decorated for the holidays. CR - yes, I do like it, but would want a balcony paying deluxe price and Tower is out of the budget. CSR - the new rooms really do look great. See, I am so indecisive.....oh, here's the thing about BC - they could not block an HC room - all the HC rooms are already blocked for our dates. He did block another room, but not even handrails in that one, so cannot stay there anyway.

I'm not going to go back and quote you 3, but will simply add my opinion- which is:

If it it for Christmas, and you plan to be at EPCOT for the storytelling and Candlelight Pr. I'd choose an EPCOT resort. Crissy (If U Had Wings) just posted her BWV photos from a recent stay and they looked so wonderful! I think she said though, that her favorite decorations were at Beach Club.

I wouldn't choose WL either, because I'm from the NOrthwest and see that cabin-y theme all the time. Although, I will admit, the decoations do look spectacular, you need to keep the entire theming packing in mind. At least I do.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Hi Melissa!!! I really wanted at least one morning to just go slow AT THE POLY! One of my focuses this trip is taking a walk in EACH of our 3 resorts and taking some photos (not that I'm any good at it like you). I knew if we didn't intentionally set aside time for this, I'd skip it altogether.

WOW!!! You LOOK GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I officially want to look that good at 50, but not sure they make a strong enough potion.

From what I can gather from my homies here, cream cheese pretzels are fickle little bugggers. They (Tim and Glennbo) tell me they can be found at Safari Pretzels at AK. THey used to be at DHS (and still may be, but I have not heard) but are no longer (that according to Great Biscuit). If they had them at every park, I'd be eating 4 during my trip. They sound heavenly, don't they?? Oh, and they MUST be the spicy ones.

Listen - you look very young yourself!! I think it's great that you're running. I'm starting to walk again now that the weather is nicer, but I need to be more consistent. But walking isn't going to help if I keep eating like I have been lately. Just ate two chocolate cupcakes! And it's almost midnight here! I'm such a late-night snacker - I'm terrible!! I'm like you, more of a night owl, not a morning person.

I totally am with you on the eating! Since I started "running" (I don't think I'll ever stop getting a kick out of saying that! ) I've gotten hungrier!! LIke I'm eating way more at meals. And I understand that the cottage cheese isnt' going anywhere if I don't run AND cut down or at least stay the same. But ever since that party of mine. Ugh! Don't even get me started on late night snacks. Last night it was a PB&J with Pringles.

I'm up late getting the autograph books done for the kids. I finally finished them!!!

They are soooo cute, I would post pics, but I don't know how to load them onto the computer, once they are on the puter I can get them over to photobucket. I'll have to wait for my DH or DS to help me and then I can post pics. They turned out sooo cute! Well, maybe they aren't to others but the kids like them and tha's all that matters.

Mackenzie's turned out better than I thought it would, I'm sooo not crafty. Well, I'm crafty but I'm not suzy home maker crafty. Just be prepared for the mess on my kitchen table, it looks like a hurricane hit it.
