That's awesome that you started your exercise program. Good job.
When you're out running and it hurts, and you're wondering "why am I doing this?" Go through that list of reasons in your mind. You'll also probably be able to add another 20 or 30. Seriously.
The weather just turned really nice here, but I'm not out running.
I had a meeting that went halfway through lunch, and I need to leave early. Hopefully tomorrow.
