An APRIL Adventure in Autism: 2008 (8/8) Time to Say Good-Bye....

Sounds like a great afternoon so far! It's hard to remember back on details when you don't have photos (or notes, but I don't take notes too much...always plan to, never end up doing...:confused3), but I think you are doing a great job piecing it all together!

Love that photo of you (and Ed) in CHH! Kids! (and husbands...:rolleyes1)

The last couple of pics of Tricia are so cute - such a pretty smile she has!

Sara

Thank you!

I'm a bit sad that we've already come to our last day... even the last day of a report can bring back those Disney blues!!

Kathy

Waiting for the tarantula to stir...

DSCN1333.jpg

(Why, oh why, is she taking a picture of it??)

:lmao: I can't imagine where she would have learned that bit of behavior :rotfl::rolleyes1

Totally laughing, here ;)

Great installment - I really  it!

Awww, sorry your Epcot photo plans got rained out! :umbrella:
I confess that I haven't listened to the podcasts yet. *Sigh* I guess I'm in for a new addiction!

Love your Lance pic, BTW! :thumbsup2 Ed's been following the tour again now that he's back!!

Kathy

You will be addicted to the podcast. ::yes::

I kept following the tour even after Lance's retirement. The tour wasn't the same thou. Lance brings with him something that is hard to explain.

Congrats on the weight loss!!!!!!:banana:

So it sounds like you guys were have a great last day at the MK.
I'm always sad when one of your reports ends. I feel like I took a mini trip and now I have to go home. :sad2:

Jaime started her report on the Podcast Cruise/WDW trip. She posted chapter one today. She hasn't left the airport in Orlando and there is trouble already.

I am impressed your family could piece the morning together. There is no way anyone would remember in my house.

Another fun update!

Yeahhh, an update -- and more adorable photos of your lovely family. Ditto on the pp who commented on Tricia's smile. She just lights up when she smiles and I am so glad she got the bonus almonds for being polite! :thumbsup2

WHat a great little bit of pixie dust!:goodvibes

You do realize that you are going to find your notes after you finish this TR right:rolleyes:

This report is definitely a group effort!

Janet, I've only said that to myself about a hundred times!!

Great installment, your kids really are wonderful, I know personally ;), they were so nice to us when we met them.

Ed cracks me up doing that to you for the picture. Thanks for reminding me about the thunder in the tiki room, I will have to make sure to let Abbey know about it for the kids.

I am so sad that it is almost over :sad1:.

This is such a great TR and I am so, so, far behind. I really wished I had found it sooner. But I WILL read the whole thing! I promise!

Thanks Mary Ellen!

Use the chapter links found at the bottom of my first post and it will be easier! I finally learned how to do that and plan to continue in future reports because it is so convenient for readers!

Yep, between the Safari and the Jungle Cruise, I think there is a lot of confusion with the younger set. ;)

That was so sweet of the CM complimenting Tricia -- you have a lovely daughter. :goodvibes

Thanks, Jackie!

I think Walt Disney would have loved the Safari attraction... after all, he originally envisioned the Jungle Cruise as having live animals!

He would've flipped over the Animal Kingdom Lodge, too, I'll bet!

Kathy

how come it generally is always MOM doing the laundry and Dad and the kids at the pool........:rolleyes1

JK

How cool :thumbsup2 that Tricia got 2 free bags of almonds for being herself! She get's that from her great parents I'm sure!

hope the rest of you MK day is great and you can remember everything that happened.

I actually thought of you guys and the lost cap story in the river the other day when we were in MI...I almost lost my sunglasses in the lake as Margaret tipped them off my head as I was climbing in a boat ;)

Glad you didn't lose your sunglasses!

I remember what happened... I'm just a bit out of order right now!

Great update!! I can't believe how long that line was for HM!! :scared1: We have been so lucky with crowds on all of our trips... it's amazing to see such long lines. Can't wait to hear how TGM works out for you this time... I've used him for the past 3 trips and I think that's been part of the reason we've done so well with crowds.

I'm glad Tricia got rewarded with some pixie dust for her good manners! pixiedust:

And it's nice to Ed goofing around... He seems more relaxed this trip. :confused3
