An AKL Refugee Without Travel Docs

Are there any other AKL Refugees who have not received their travel documents yet? I am now booked at the Poly (vacation package + ME)starting Aug 12th. It is only 19 days away and I have not received anything. I called my TA this morning and she does not seem concerned. I am worried that the documents could be lost. My TA received my travel documents for the AKL around 2 weeks ago. It has been over 3 weeks since I was moved to the Poly. I would think that I should have my documents by now.

I am leaving 11 days no new documents either. Dont know what is going on.

I never received anything either. I checkin on August 5. I print my documentation from online.

My TA just called me back. She called Disney and they told her that my Resort Package vouchers etc.. have been sent directly to the Poly. She said that they will re-issue my ME tags and they will send them out today.

I bet they will be... however I do remember seeing post in a thread where someone said that they received their documents for both the AKL and their NEW resort too. I remember this because they said that they received two sets of vouchers for mini-put etc...So to tell you the truth, I am not sure?

You may want to cal ME directly. They had none of my changes and they said they do not issue new luggage tags, that I would need to cross out AKL and put the new resort on it, they do everything by the barcode. HTH!
