I can't believe it, I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 136!!!!

And yes, I got on and off several times, just to make sure... Why couldn't it say that yesterday?!?!?!?? Hopefully I will be able to maintain and not blow it this weekend. I feel thinner too, which makes me think all the mystery weight was water. Yippee, what a way to start my weekend!!!!

I did great with food yesterday and even went to the gym although I almost talked myself out of it. It was funny because I saw one of my old co-workers there, who usually NEVER goes on Fridays and he said he actually drove through the parking lot, pulled out, then pulled back in. I've never been THAT close, if I decide not to go, I just don't go!

Yesterday I drank 100oz water, 16oz Green Tea, 16.9oz Diet Green Tea, 12oz Minute Maid Light and 1 glass of Reisling:
6:15am: Egg Beaters (1/2c) w/Red Peppers; 2 Morningstar Farms Sausage Links (not impressed, but they were good when chopped up and added to the eggs)
9:00am: LF Cottage Cheese (3/4c); Strawberries (1c)
11:30am: Romaine Salad (w/chicken, red pepper, cheese, dressing); Cucumber
2:30pm: Low Carb Yogurt; Apple; Almonds (1.2oz)
6:45pm: Grilled Chicken; Green Beans; 7 Grain Bread-n-Butter (1); SF Jello
WORKOUT: Weights (30mi); Treadmill (30min)
RESISTED: Biscuits w/dinner; Trail Mix; PB; Chocolate Chip Cookie

Jane, I don't know what we are going to see, but it will be animated! I want to see Open Range, but it doesn't start until this Friday and the kids go to their dads. All the cool kid movies have been on his weekends this year!

What are you griping about, WDW is AWESOME!!!! I can't wait until we go next Christmas. Besides, you won't have the killer jetlag I will...

Unfortunately my warped mind would see right through it. I did resist the 5pm urge yesterday by drinking a Minute Maid Light (5 calories) right when I got home. I guess I should make that a habit!
