Amex promotions

Does anyone know if they typically offer the same type from year to year? I am just wondering because I remember last year around this time they had an offer for hotels and it wasn't a specific hotel. If they had it again, maybe I could use it for room charges while we are at Disney!

The promotions vary a lot. Sometimes the same things come up - I got an ExxonMobil about this time last year, and one just popped up again this year. But you can't really count on it. And sometimes if you used a promotion in the past, you won't get it again even if it is offered to others.

All you can do is keep an eye on them. Be sure to watch the Twitter offers too, not just the ones offered on your account.

I have a $50 rebate off $250 for Hiltons. I also have ExxonMobil but there are none of those around my area.

Today there was an offer for $25 off $100 at BJ's! You can buy Disney gift cards there! My mom had it on her card too!
