Amerisuites Calypso Cay shuttle question

Has anyone stayed at the Amerisuites Calypso Cay hotel? The website says it has shuttle to WDW. Where do these shuttle drop you? How frequently do they run? Will be worth paying the 8$ parking fee if I take my own car? Does the shuttle go to each park?

I would take my own car because offsite shuttles is unrelieable and drop off in the middle of the parking lot.
