Oops! Are all videos banned? I'm so sorry! I went and posted Rick Mercer earlier. I will try and keep things in check. I'm willing to accept my punishment and pay my fine in Canadian Tire money.I'd post a couple of really great videos but we're not doing that anymore, right Buzz?
They don’t have that anymore!Oops! Are all videos banned? I'm so sorry! I went and posted Rick Mercer earlier. I will try and keep things in check. I'm willing to accept my punishment and pay my fine in Canadian Tire money.
Yeah, but I couldn't figure out what I should do for a punishment and that was the best I could come up with. They weren't worth much before. Perhaps they will serve me better as cash for a fine. They don’t have that anymore!
Question for the Canadians … are there any gas station apps that would be helpful for travel in Alberta, BC, and the Yukon? I have apps for Shell, Speedway, and a couple others here in the northeast US that usually save me 3 cents a gallon, sometimes more, at fill up.
Thanks!

I use GasBuddy. It uses your location and gives you the cheapest prices across the board in the area you are in.. with the gas stations plotted out on a local map.
For specific brands.. Petro Canada stations are plentiful and may have an app.
What? Canadian Tire Money? My brother just got $200 worth for buying three new tires on Friday.
It is all digital now. He must have hit a pretty good promotion to get that much on 3 tires.
I'm just gonna place the link for this Super Bowl commercial here. I love Dave Grohl and enjoyed this Crown Royal ad he was a part of.
(Okay, seriously!!! I thought I could just put the link in the written part and not have the video show up, but apparently, it doesn't work that way and automatically makes it a media post. Sorry, but not sorry. I'm not sure how do it any other way.)
I will go back and see if I can fix it. I ended up going old school. I was trying to cut corners early this morning by just posting the link. I will make a note to just link it through text the next time. I have been able to post things in the past with just the web address, but they were never videos to where it would automatically link it.Okay, I figured out that if you paste in the URL (https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfmsIjknYFc&list=RDMM&index=3) just hit "post" you get the video embedded. If, instead, you then highlight it and do "insert link", you put it as a link but without the video embedded (you can either leave it as showing the URL or make up some text for it).
I'd post a couple of really great videos but we're not doing that anymore, right Buzz?
Sorry.***Video removed to prevent board-lag
Hey, don't spoof on the Jamaican bobsledders (or Eddy the Eagle). I left home at 19 and moved to Calgary all those years ago specifically to be part of the Winter '88 scene and it was like nothing any Olympics has delivered, before or since. Those memories are precious to all of us here.
Clearly the lesson here is not to ask for advice from people that know even less than you.(And yes, this was gentle sarcasm.

Concacaf Nations League. You’re right, I should have written it out. Soccer fans write out CNL all the time, thinking it’s common knowledge by now.I thought we were writing everything out that might not be clear??? CNL = Central Newfoundland? Crazy Night Lips? Calgarian Naughty Ladies? Can Not Limbo?

So, since I'm not @declansdad, that's my question. What is the CNL and why should I/we care about it? (Other than @declansdad of course, who obviously has some kind connection to Canucks Napping Lazily.)
