I kind of picture this all going down in a tour bus...or maybe a Zamboni just pulling a hay wagon down the road. I haven't worked out all of the details yet.

Every time I hear the word "zamboni" I think of this!

I don't think there have even been 100 posters responding on this thread. Taking a wild guess, but MAYBE 20 different posters. (I can only think of about 10 or so that are regulars.)

Zamboni is a California company. I do remember the debacle at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics when they used Canadian made ice resurfacers that failed and they had to truck in Zambonis from Alberta.

Buzz is asking if WE (the collective Canadian WE) would go to USMNT. Our obvious answer would be "no," so he is asking if we would go if Canada was PLAYING. (Still not sure I would go, but maybe I would to humour Buzz and then gloat when Canada wins.)

This is what I was asking. Les Rouges beat the Stars and Stripes last year, as @declansdad knows, and it still haunts me.

The only reason I would go watch a game would be if a family member was on the team.

As for whatever-county, no I haven't. Can't think of why I'd want to.

Clark County. Go to Hoover Dam.

Drive south from the Las Vegas area on Route 95 to the town of Searchlight, turn west and follow into California until you hit Interstate 15, then go north back into Nevada and Las Vegas.

Beautiful scenery along the way, and there are some smaller dinky casinos you can stop in.
