American Pavillion at World Showcase

Thinking back have caught some great shows at the arena in front of US Paviliion at Epcot. Last few times theatre has been dark or in between shows. Recall seeing though such great shows as: Stomp, Barrage, and even a smaller Riverdance version a few years back.

Any other great shows?

Now they use it for the Flower Power bands during the Flower & Garden Show, (going on right now) and for the musical acts they bring in during Food & Wine Fest in Oct/Nov. The Candlelight Processional is also performed there during the holidays.

I remember those other shows, they were great!

In 1999, we saw the Riverdance type show (I think it was the real one), and it was great. I was surprised that my husband really liked it.

We saw that in 1999, too . . I think it was Michael Flatley's "Lord of the Dance'.

If you guys liked the Lord of the Dance show, you should try to get over to Raglan Road, the new Irish pub at Pleasure Island! Great atmosphere, great food and very talented traditional musicians plus a dancer. Granted, there is only one girl that dances, but she is awesome and did actually tour with one of the major Irish dance shows. I forget if it was Riverdance or Lord of the Dance?
