they just said the theme is her music. i can stand some of her music, tbh.

I used to like her before she got to big and did the cross over thing and tried to be a pop singer. Her first CD had some really good songs. I wonder if any of those will be on the list.

My dad's gonna be in heaven. He LOVES country music in general. He tries to put everyone down and make it like Carrie Underwood is the best Idol ever. He even puts Kelly Clarkson down, and that's just something you don't do. She's the original, she is in a league all her own. Carrie may be popular in the US, but she isn't known all around the world as much as Kelly.

Venting again....sorry lol...anyways, I'm off to do a little photoshopping to maybe see if I can help everyone feel better about our loss tonight. Stay tuned lol

Quick check-in here. I've been too busy to comment this week but I have to say that I wasn't surprised that Casey was in the bottom three but I'm glad that he will get one more chance. I just hope he does something better next week. Sad to see Tim go. I want to know who is voting for Mike. He is terrible and should have been gone two weeks ago. He isn't singing any better, why have people decided to vote for him?

I thought the whole show tonight was the most boring thing ever. I gave up after an hour and just kept it on while I worked. I don't know who this show motivated to give all of that money ($15 million?), maybe all of it came from Bill Gates.

I never got a chance to watch the show this week. Sorry to see Tim go, but it was probably his time. I doubt highly I will watch after this year. As it is, I half watch it now. I don't know if I feel the show has run its course or the talent was just so mediocre this year.

I think it's a combination of both.

I believe they thought they chose a good group. They just turned out to be mediocre. I loved how Wanda mentioned the fact that Simon wasn't into it this year because he's NOT. And who can blame him?

I actually turned off my season pass for AI last night. I can't do it anymore. I love this show but hate this season. I'll still check out who got voted off but I just have zero interest in seeing any of them perform. And I wanna check in here because you all are fun and funny!

Hey, I've been lurking, but I am going to chime in here.

Can someone please give me back the hour I wasted last night on this show (if fastforwarded a lot)? Even the performers I was hoping to watch I fastforwarded half of their songs!

I thought the best of the night was Wanda Sikes. When she said "Now you have to sing so America remembers why they didn't vote for you!" My DH and I almost lost our breath laughing.

The other thing I wanted to mention was that Ellen seemed in a downer mood. Even when George Lopez was roasting her (which was lame although what he said about Randy was funny) she was not even smiling.

I am glad Casey made it because he so pretty!
