there was a guy in that group I did not like but I am not sure which one it was--he just seemed so full of himself. I hope it is not your friend's friend. And if that guy makes it, I hope I am pleasantly surprised as time goes on.

It was for me. I didn't see posts on here before with this info, nor have I heard it read it on the "news".

I know it was on the AOL home page when it happened....that is where I first read about it. So it definitely made some mainsteam news sources and not just spoiler sites and threads like this....

I liked Mary "rocker chick" until last night. She was so patronizing it was disgusting. I like that type of voice but her personality rubs me the wrong way. And they part where she made the first cut and was crying about how this changed her families life....puh-leeze. So over her. Is it mean of me to hope she makes it to the Top 24 just to get the satisfaction of seeing her go home right away? I know...so mean......

Sigh...I am grumpy. I hadn't heard the news either here or elsewhere. I don't check AOL, and I don't watch any of the magazine shows (ET, Access Hollywood). So to me, it's a spoiler. The reality is that IF true, I'm really just bummed that he won't have a shot. I liked him.

Life is going to be rough for me for the next few weeks trying to avoid Idol spoilers and Olympic results spoilers. We DVR everything. I hate checking my e-mail and sometimes I get squeemish when scanning the DIS cause I know some headline is going to ruin something. I guess I am just going to have to learn to deal with it OR turn into a shut in and cut myself off from society and the'net.

He still talks about him. Funny thing was he told me he is VERY tiny, short AND small. I didn't get that vibe when he was on the show. It takes a bit for a guy to impress my guy, but BOY was he impressed!

The cake was so hard to cut it because I didn't want to ruin it. But at least I still have a ton of pictures of it. I don't think there's one person who didn't go up and take a picture of it.

I know. This ain't my first time at the rodeo . I don't check the thread until after I've watched my DVR episode (usually a 1/2 hour after it aired). What I do is, before the show starts, I open the thread and click the "reply" button so I can type out my thoughts on each performance as it happens and then submit my reply when I'M done watching the whole thing, which is usually a 1/2 hour to an hour after the show ends live. It's a zany system but it has worked for the last several seasons.

And Mandy always puts her song spoilers in white (love you Mandy!!).
