American Idol Season 9 Thread

Bringing this over from my Idol board, this is from Katie Stevens Twitter. She's the one whose grandma has Alzheimer.

Katie recently tweeted that her grandmother isn't doing well at all right now and she asked that everyone keep her and her family in your prayers. Please ask God to keep them safe and that He grant them the courage and strength to pull through this very difficult time.

It would depend on what events are on when Idol's on. If it's figure skating, I'll watch Idol. I'm not much into figure skating but will watch a lot of the other events. I watched them all afternoon yesterday.

They don't have to worry about me at all because I don't watch the WO at all, but then again I can't be Neilsen and never will be!

Poor thing. I don't know how she can deal with AI right now when I'm sure all she can think about is her grandma. I hope her and her family can make it through this.

Yeah, I'm kind of feeling that way too. The only person that I like so far is Casey. Otherwise...bleh.

So far I'm only liking Casey but I'll give it awhile. I didn't like David Cook until the fourth or fifth show.

Same here. I like Casey, but I'm not sure he'll continue to be a favorite of mine. He's good but his style isn't something I'd buy.

I'm here but may be switching between Idol and the Olympics, as long as it's not ice skating. It's ok but the music is boring.
