I know a lot of you didn't like her, but I did so I'm sad to see her go. By the way, I don't know if anyone mentioned this last night, but I thought it was odd that he told Paris that she was "screechy and annoying." I'm sorry, but why did he never say that to Fantasia!! Paris is no where near as screech and annoying as Fantasia was.

Anyway, I think it's a bad thing that I like just about everyone this year. It makes Wednesday's so hard to watch. If Elliot goes home next week, I don't know how I'm going to deal with the next 2 weeks. My absolute favorites this year are Taylor, Chris and Katharine, and I don't want to see any of them go!!

What was with the sappy song they had them sing? Please tell me that's not the type of song they are going to have the winner do as his/her first single.
I think the right person went home tonight. I'm not looking forward to Elvis night. Not an Elvis fan. And two Elvis songs each? OY! Thank God there are only four of them singing. More than eight Elvis songs in one night might put me over the edge.

... And according to Nigel, "They've got a fabulous song they'll all sing together called, "Together We are One." It's from the British Commonwealth Games, and....it allows everybody to shine...and we've got a big choir with that.

I agree... My girls think somehow I know who is going home, they don't think I am guessing. Mandissa was the only one that I would have thought would have hung out longer.

I hate to see any of the remaining leave, I like them all! Though I have to say that last night Kat butchered one of my current favorite songs, "Black Horse and a Cherry Tree" by KT Tunstall. That was a HORRIBLE rendition and the original is SOOOO much better! I hate how she softened up the song and made it lose it's original funky vibe. And what was with that weird crawling all over the floor thing? It was all very weird and I just didn't get it at all. I love Elliot, but his strong vibrato sort of annoys me a bit. I thought Paris rocked last night - I was sad to see her go. I heard or read somewhere that the network did bleep her, but she didn't actually say the cuss word in her Mary J. Blige song. Love Taylor - I LOVE watching him perform! He just makes me want to get up and dance! I loved Chris, but didn't care for his second song choice at all. My guess is Chris and Taylor will be in the top two.

Yo dawgs, listen up...sure Taylor is entertaining to watch, but that ain't gonna come across on the radio. That's what Simon's looking for. That's why he likes Elliot, he's got a really great voice...

I think the song Elliot performed last week could be released as a single right now...go back and really listen to this song...nobody can touch him.

I totally disagree....Elliott has the worst voice in this final 5 and should have been voted off 2 or 3 weeks ago....if we are going on true voice then Paris is probably the best voice then maybe Kat.....Taylor and Chris have really good voices too but elliott has no power in his voice its just one tone over and over....I dont like it

I'm in my early 30's and a Taylor fan. I think the fact that he has a huge fan base is proof that AI is more than a popularity contest. Taylor is too quirky to win a popularity contest. What do I love about his voice? It's all about the soul.

Seriously...hearing "goat boy" on the radio is only likely to cause a rash of broken fingers across the country, as people jab at the buttons on their radios to just make it STOP.

I think the goat part was in reference to his voice (vibrato) and not his looks.

I agree Paris is better than Fantasia by a long shot....just shows you how bad that season really was....everyone even Elliott was better that Fantasia
