I had to rewind the ending, when the other singers came on stage and tried to hug her. She said 'oh stop it, I don't need this'. Aw, she was trying to be so strong. Her family is proud of her, she made it that far, and she gets to be on tour.

So true. And being a pre school teacher she reacted in a way that her kids will be proud of her.

IMHO Caleb is about the only one that consistently sings without being "pitchy" as Randy would say.

I'm happy that they didn't use the save. But then again I can't say that I care if they use the save on any of them. Majesty has great energy though. I think she'll be successful in whatever she chooses for her life. She was a bright light that's for sure.

Still missing Jimmy. I guess I'll just have to get over that.

I thought Ms. Lopez looked absolutely gorgeous on the results show.

It's not good that her new look each night/outfits are the highlight for me on a singing show.

I'm a bit behind in my shows but.....OMG.....I just watched Caleb's performance from Wednesday night. I AM FINALLY AWAKE and on board!!! AMAZING!!!! And while I'm a HUGE Zeppelin fan, I generally hate covers of Zeppelin songs.

When Jennifer said he was sexy, I totally agreed! Wow! And Ricky Minor on that guitar??? Hubba Hubba......

I loved Alex and Jena as well. I want to love Jessica every week but her personality holds me back. Not likable and she doesn't seem to care.

DH has liked Jessica from the beginning. It took me awhile to warm up to her. I don't care much for her personality either, but love her voice. I would definitely buy her music, and Caleb's as well. I was okay with Majesty leaving this week. I like Sam's voice but he hasn't wowed me, and I like Dexter's voice too but wish he'd do something "different." I still think back to David Cook and the types of songs he did, and then his amazing performance of Phantom of the Opera, wow! This year's contestants need to do something like that, to show another side of themselves. Would love to hear something like that from Caleb!

I agree with this. Kelly Clarkson's Natural Woman, with her hat on just flashed in my head. I remember sitting there thinking WTH? Laughing. The first season! So many of them couldn't sing. Thank goodness she was there.

I do look forward to more of Caleb. Hopefully, one of the others surprises.

She's just laid back, in my opinion, and that's what they've been trying to tell her - that's that part of her has been limiting her performances.

Did you see her during Hollywood week? That wasn't laid back she was cranky and somewhat nasty. Of course the stage mom upstaged her as the "bad guy" but she left a nasty taste in my mouth...

I absolutely did, Robin. And to be honest, I didn't like her much. So I hear you. And really was surprised that she moved on based on talent.

But I haven't seen that side of her here. Also, I see her as someone who will pull out her sword when she senses crap coming (re: that parent). And there's something about her that has grown on me in both singing and personality. Couldn't tell you what, just has.

I love Alex, but I hope he doesn't take the judges advice and move around the stage. I think it would turn me off if he suddenly started to prance around.
That's just not his style.

My top two are Caleb and Alex. Jessica just seems really snooty to me but there always seems to be a female contestant that everyone likes that I just can't stand.

They've been deliberately avoiding drama amongst the contestants, making them seem like they're all BESTIES but I remember the show where everyone was mimicking the others. They kept imitating her talking about how she's a broke musician etc, seems like she LIVES off that mantra.

She has about as much personality and charm as Underwhelm, she just might be less broke after this.

me too, she is the dark horse. I always was forgetting about her, but she has impressing me.

I still like Jessica though, she's my favorite.

I completely agree with this, I could have written it. I wish Jessica was voted off every week. There is something about her I just can't stand.
