Just turned it on, so I am a little behind, but should catch up soon.

I still don't think that there is a true star in this bunch - no Kelly Clarkson, no Carrie Underwood, no Jennifer Hudson, no Daughtry.

I see a hint of Ricky Nelson in this guy. he needs development and confidence.

He was told to "loosen up" while he's singing. Let's see if that works next week.

I still like Sam. Thought he was god. I just don't see him loosening up. Who knows maybe this style works for him.

I don't think it ever really "blizzarded" but it is still in a warning till 2am. It is snowing and blowing but I have seen so much worse than this. To me this is just a typical snow storm...but I was out driving during our famous blizzard of 77 and then the one we had in 1985. I remember my then boyfriend driving and me sitting in the passenger seat with the window open and sticking my head out to see because the wipers couldn't keep up with it.

I feel maybe that Jessica is turning into a one trick pony too with similar styling every week.

I like her voice but this song is not doing it for me (and I like this song).

And this type of style is not going to appeal to a lot of people.

I did think the band was off at one point. Maybe she just should have done it with the guitar only.

Just listened to Sam. I think he should have chosen something more contemporary. I just don't think that Sam (at 17) can understand the song "Come Together".

Jessica & the "Sound of Silence". I know it's a slow song, but I really think that she made it even slower than it should be -- it just really dragged.
