I really liked Joshua last year which surprised me since what he sang was so not my style of music...but boy he just sucked me right in when he sang.

She's not being that mean. Yeah some stuff is out of line but she has been accurate with parts too.

I was wowed by Vincent, his performance was the best by far imo. Just from that one performance he is my new favorite boy. Kree is my favorite girl. I am also kind of liking Zoanette tonight. Not that she can sing but I wouldn't mind her getting a sitcom or something out of this. She has a big heart.

Nikki gets on my nerves too, but she's 100 times better than Randy who just gets worse every year. Mariah surprisingly has turned out to be a very good judge. She gives constructive feedback without resorting to insults. These contestants have all levels of experience but they are for the most part ameteurs. I think Mariah is taking her role as a judge seriously, and is also acting as a mentor. She is so refreshing coming after Randy's stupid comments. I didn't think the Indian guy was as bad as Randy made him out to be, but even if he was all that terrible Randy could have come up with better adjectives to tell him what he did wrong. At least Mariah (and Nikki to some degree) take the time to tell them specifically what they need to work on.

Love that song...not 100 % crazy about how he did, maybe a little low for him in parts. I do like this guy though.
