OH..that is so sad. I liked him. Wasn't always crazy about all his songs..but he seems like such a nice guy and I hope someone signs him to a deal.

WT? I just walked in to see Colton get kicked off. They so wasted the save on Jessica. While I haven't liked Colton as much these past few weeks, he's still 100 times better than Jessica of that save.

I don't even like country music in particular, but I really like Skylar for that style and she is getting votes from me from here on out. That's if I even keep watching. And I may throw a few Phillip's way.

Would rather it had been Jessica or Elise, but I wasn't all that impressed with Colton. But he must have been really liked by the other Idols, because they looked genuinely upset, especially Philip.

What got on my nerves is how the judges acted so shocked and upset. I mean, they said Hollie was good last night, and Colton wasn't, and they tell America to get it right. Then when America votes accordingly, they can't believe it.

Colton should not have gone home. The only one I really like now is Hollie and it's obvious she's not going to win.

I really am sick of Joshua and his screaming all the time. I don't get how the judges keep raving about him and giving him standing ovations. Ugh.

I'm really saddened. Colton wasn't my fave but he was my buddy in Christ. I love that about him, he has a beautiful soul. He will be okay.

Seriously was not expecting that.

Colton is one of my favorites. I love his performances, the way he sings with such heart and feeling. I love his bold faith in God. He will do great with his music career. But I sure will miss seeing him on Idol.

Forgot to record it and just walked in the door...rush here to see....and OH NO! Not Colton! The only one I was really rooting for at this point.

I'm with everyone else...I think there are several others that should have gone before he did. But when the judges keep saying Joshua or Jessica is going to win it, maybe they're throwing voters?

I hope someone signs him. I know at some point someone told him he was good enough, didn't they?

I can't believe it. Anyone - what did the judges say about him being the one gone? Did they look surprised?

Colton-kind of a shock but I think he'll be fine from a career standpoint
Jessica-didn't think it was her best night but those judges sure do love her
Hollie-thought she did better this week....her more relaxed attitude served her well
Skylar-I like her but since the winner last time was country, she probably won't win. But I think she'll have a great country career...she's cute, has a great voice and a great name
Phillip-he's hot and cold for me. Last night was a good night for him, but his grimacing etc. through the songs makes me nuts
Joshua-I like it when he sings normal but when he goes up into his screechy/screamy thing, it annoys me
Elise-I think she's actually the best singer on the show

I'm sad that I won't get to see Colton on the show anymore but I'm confident he's one of the few idols who'll actually make something of themselves (Phillip and Skylar being the other two).

Joshua, Hollie and Elise aren't fit to hold Colton's microphone and they know it. Jessica is a wannabe who'll never be.
