i think both Hollie and Colton did well.

i think Elise is awesome too. i'm not sure why she doesn't have a following like everyone else seems to.

I honestly think Elise needs to open her mouth ONLY to sing. She comes across like a doofus (and I like her, and vote for her) but she is begging to go home when she gives America any ammo to bump her off with.Talking back to the judges , and BEFORE Ryan can speak? Channeling Ms. Haley from last season, perhaps? She also does not have the right moves for the right song...she keeps doing the teeny bopper bob when doing a soul tune...uh-uh...does not blend. Again, I like her, but the wind machine? (again:Haley)*last ditch effect*again? I get why they did it, to soften Elise up a bit, she has those big brown eyes, but yet still looks harsh to me. Her throwing the bunny ears up behind Ryan was an immature move as well...you could tell he was quite saddened by the loss of Dick Clark, tonight was not the night to act like a 2 year old. I know she and PP always sneak up behind Ryan, and for some reason PP can pull it off/get away with it..I think Elise is toast.

I cannot stand this girl...sorry...

I thought he looked like BeetleJuice..but I can agree with their description as well

Thought Hollie did great with both songs, didn't like either of Colton's. I'm losing my love for him. He sounds off key too much to me.

Colton's second song was awful. If Hollie gave that performance they would have shredded her -told her "she looks very pretty tonight"- but shredded her. No way should Colton have gotten such a light tap on the wrist at this point in the season. blech.

well , I'm guessing Elise and Hollie(sadly) then. I just don't see the show keeping both Hollie and Jessica around another week. That said, I would not be shocked if it is Elise and Colton.
What would be the best is if they said Jessica and Jessica, lol....even with 2 going, she's going to be the season roach who just keeps surviving.

But they mentioned nothing about 2 going home on tonight's show. At the end of the show, they said something like, everyone is great, no one deserves to go, but one will be leaving tomorrow. Of course, that's not a quote, but the emphasis was on "one will be leaving".

I thought 2 would have to go, but you would think they would have mentioned that tonight.

I still like Colton best and sure hope the teen girl vote can keep him in there- I would be happy seeing either Jessica, Phillip or Joshua go home tonight! Phil is just so hard on the eyes to watch, he creeps me out- I tried just listening and not watching him but I don't like his voice eitehr so that didn't help LOL.

Perhaps because that singer was kicked off the show early in the season, only 1 person is going home.

I did see most of the singing last night...started to fall asleep while watching so just listened to part of the second set of songs..just enough to see how they were doing with them.

Jessica totally ruined the song she sang 2nd. It was horrible. Song 1...boring and studied

Elise...ick for song 2. First off I hate those song with a passion and she just does not have the voice to sing it. Song 1 was better but I see her time being over.

Hollie..loved her first song..2nd song was OK, she looked much stiffer on the 2nd one.

Sklyer..good job on both..she is just the same each week. Steady on the vocals and stage persona.

Philip...I just don't get him. His voice sometimes annoys me and sometimes I like it.

Colton...did better on song 1 than song 2. I liked song 1 a lot.

Joshua..while I like his voice both his songs sounded the same to me.

i think that song #1 will save Colton (along with the teen vote).

i voted for Elise, but i figure she'll be the one to go tonight. she is a great singer, but she is kind of socially awkward. there's just something about her when they're talking to her. it may be that she's super guarded with her emotions or something, but it's just very awkward. i think that's why people cannot connect with her. it's a shame because she really can sing.

Jessica. ugh. that second song was TERRIBLE. it does seem like she's been taken down a notch, which is a good thing. she was WAY too cocky. and all of that added drama stuff was ridiculous. it just turned me off even more. how about we show what those who really DO get voted off go through after the show? i'm sure they're not just wiping bottles of water on their foreheads. anyway, i don't think she'll go tonight, but i don't think she'll make the finals. there seems to be a lot of vitriol thrown her way by fans. and part of that is not her fault. nobody got upset with Casey's save last year. she has AI producers and judges to thank for that.

Love Skyler, but then again, I love country. Would buy her album. Love Joshua. Would buy his album also. Hollie has an amazing voice, not sure if I would spend money on her yet. There's still something missing. Jessica is like a computer who downloads and then spews out other's songs. Go home, Jessica! Elise grates on my last nerve. I started to like her a few weeks ago, but she tries too hard. Seems fake. Was rooting for Colton to win. After last night, not so sure. Will give him another chance. I like Phil, but I can't look at him. I wanted to yell at the tv last night, "look into the camera, and stop looking like you are possessed!" I was expecting his head to start spinning around.
