That first girl was delusional...and a liar. She DOES realize that the whole interaction with the judges was recorded right?

The unhappy couple? Ouch. That hurt to watch them. Such uncomfortableness. He was better than she was. Will they get back together?? Who knows...(fingers crossed)

The biker guy? Singing Skynyrd...what a surprise. I think he probably could do okay in a band...a very LOUD band. (And there goes Randy agreein' with me!)

Beauty Queen named Stormie. Sounds like the plot of a Harlequin novel. She's mediocre, but I bet they'll put her through because she's hot, and passable as a singer.....AND let's see....J Lo says phooey as she should and of course the two dudes say yes.

Adrienne....got a country vibe to her voice, but another mediocre one.

DAY TWO

Kameela....I've learned that ANYTIME a singer mentions how Ah-MAZING their own voice is and how people love it, can't believe it etc, they are always AWFUL.

So RANDY is the mean one now eh?

Jackie. I like her because she isn't a stick model, but she is still very pretty! A size 14 too I bet. Her voice is lovely. A little flat, but nice.

Crazy blue dress girl. I can tell already she sucks because she's another one talking a big game about how awesome she is. Let's see if I'm right....Yup. I win.

Farmer Dillard....that's one heckuva look he's rockin' there. Maybe he shops at the same place Mike Holmes does? But can he SING? Meh...a bit.

ANOTHER 15 year old. Idol is gonna be like Middle-school this year! She's good. Middle school it is!

OMG!!! Steven Tyler is awesome singing with that little girl. She was even better doing that song than the audition song!

I love Aerosmith, but was dreading him on this. He can be so odd at times. It seems that he does much better when the focus is off of himself. I guess he's a crazy genius!

The last girl? To have that much confidence as a teen? Wow! She cued Steven, and he responded- twice!! lol!

How about when he turned to Randy and said "you can't just tell people they're not good." (in subtitles because it was whispered, so...not even said for the sake of the camera). This happened the other night, too, but it really struck me because:
A) He's correcting the AI judge with 10 years of experience
B) All of the speculation that he would be the judge to "replace" Simon, and
C) How, after all the talk that Simon couldn't be replaced (myself included), that this type of judging seems to have even more appeal. It is possible to be honest AND kind and to make for good tv at the same time. Imagine that!

I loved Simon, but can say I am not missing him! I love the new judges, and maybe this is what AI needed to freshen things up!
