I've been an Aerosmith fan for a long time and this is what I've always known Steven to be. He's a really good guy with an amazing personality. He has had his vices (understatement of the year), but his heart seems good.

I will say that with some of the young girls (TOO young) on the show, he walks a fine line between being funny and being a dirty old man, but I expect nothing less from him. :lmao:

To everyone that was brought to tears last night after hearing Chris' audition, here is a song that he sang for her on what should have been their wedding day.

Darn, and I LIKED him. While the sentiment of his song is truly palpable (lot of info in those lyrics too...like the plate Jack made for his mother in Meet the Parents), the actual vocals were not that great. HOwever, I will chalk it up to his being probably very emotional when he sang that song. I bet he can do a bazillion times better when he's focused in Hollywood.

At least he isn't snorting Lunesta anymore! I can't fathom even thinkng that that might be a good idea. Steven has his demons, for sure, but he seems to be doing very well right now. At his core, he seems like a really good guy. His girlfriend Erin has been with him for YEARS (4 or 5). She says he has a big heart too. :lovestruc

...jes' ANOTHER reason to toally LOVE RnRC....:teeth:

Oh no!
American Idol or The Vampire Diaries tonight?! :scared1:
I'm thinking AI with y'all, then come back for VD.

I like them. I only have the LOVE cd that was made for the Cirque show and I also have the 1 cd with all of their number 1 hits. You can call me a fan but not a huge one. I don't listen to them a ton.

My boyfriend really doesn't like them but he's not on this thread so I guess it doesn't count. He calls them a bunch of hippies.

A LOT of bands from that time period were hippies. And heavy drug users.

I grew up on the Beatles..and I still really like their music. I always thought maybe I liked them so much because I grew up with them..or just cause I like them. I think I just like them..because a lot of music I listened to as a youngster I can't stand now.

Mom grew up during that time period too (or at least was a young adult....) but she was more into the Kingston Trio than the Beatles.

Wow! 50+ people from last night alone. With that average, this has got to be the largest Hollywood group ever. Does anyone know how many people total make it Hollywood?

I don't think I have a number but it is indeed the largest Hollywood group ever.

Here are the dates that Casey is confirmed for the Sugarland tour.

I :lovestruc Steven Tyler. He is not at all what i was expecting when they announced him but i think he brings something special-not only his heart which is amazing-but his sense of humor-to the show that may give it a totally new life.

I have to add my vote to the new fans of Steven Tyler. I was/am a Beatles fan, even the Rolling Stones were a little "out there" for me, so he was totally off my radar until the Kennedy Center Honors this year. He did a great medley for the Paul McCartney tribute. I was really impressed, he killed it!:thumbsup2

Here is a fun fact...When our older son was a college student, finished with the Disney College Program, and working for Disney in Epcot, we went to visit him. For the Illuminations fireworks, he was able to get us priority viewing. Who was also there? About 50 feet away, in an even more private viewing area, was a group that included Steven Tyler! :dance3: Deb
