He never even WORE leather pants.

Tigg, I'll stick up for you. David A did a behind the scenes interview that said they weren't leather or pleather but that they were pants that had a sheen to them so that is what they looked like on TV.

I've really enjoyed seeing David loosen up this week in all of his interviews. He has actually gotten better since the first few he did a week ago. If you get a chance to see the piggy back ride from the radio station, you'll love it.

I still however maintain that David does have a controlling father. I only base that on how he portrays himself and what I have read. I realize that the media sensationalizes everything though. Hopefully, now that David A has a record contract, that his dad can relax a little and let David's future be mapped out by professionals. David still needs to mature and he is still a kid. That is why it's so endearing that David Cook has taken on a big brother role to him.

On the Today show David Cook even said David's dad never did anything bad. And it's funny you never say anything when something doesn't go along with your agenda that he is a child abuser. Matt Lauer said the night before the results show when he talked to David A's dad was saying he wasn't getting his hopes up about DA winning or something like that.
