Okay, so you know I had to buy a couple of patterns, too. Customs for the AG doll!! Gotta love it!!!
My dd doesn't have many freckles, but she does have a quite a few -- more than my younger dd. Anyway, I always tell her how much I love her freckles -- especially in the summer when they are a bit more noticable. And I really do love them. My dd has a friend that has a few freckles and this girl's mother has had them airbrushed out of a few photos of her dd. She said she doesn't want her dd to look back at these dance portraits years from now and hate them because they show these "imperfections." Poor girl!!![]()
I'm glad you got some patterns too! I think it will be so sweet to have little matching outfits. I am scared that it will be hard to sew something that little, but I am hoping I can manage a couple of peasant tops and twirl skirts.
What? Freckles are not imperfections!!! That is crazy nonsense! Megan does not have many freckles yet because I am crazy with the sunscreen but I have a ton. In fact, one time I bought new make-up and my husband told me to throw it out because it covered up by freckles! My grandmother used to tell me that's where the angels kissed me.
The quality is amazing and you won't regret it. So much better then wasting money on Bratz and things like that.
) and we went to brunch and the American Girl Review. Now she knows all the stories of the historical dolls and loves them all!!!! DH thinks I am nuts, but we will continue to buy her dolls as long as she is interested- they grow up too fast!
