We have never seen this and I definitely want to fit this into our summer trip. Going at end of July, and think this could fit into our plans for the 6pm show. Is this something we have to get to early to get in? How soon before the show should we get there? And The Voices of Liberty, do they usual perform around an American Adventure showtime? I’ve heard they are a must see. Thanks for any input!

The Voices of Liberty have a daily schedule, usually every 45 minutes starting at 12:15 and the last show at 4:45 (this can change but that's currently the schedule). I would get there early (maybe 15 minutes ahead of the show) unless you don't mind standing (there's not really a lot of seating, we usually just stand).

American Adventure is also on a schedule, 45 minutes apart from 11:15 to 9 PM. If you wanted to do both together we usually pick a Voices of Liberty time and then see the American Adventure right after. As an example the 12:15 Voices of Liberty followed by the 12:45 American Adventure. It's easiest to pick a time for Voices, arrive 15 minutes ahead of that and expect to be there an hour after the Voices show time.

ETA: Just saw your 6 PM time, and that won't work. The Voices last show is 4:45.
There is plenty of room to see them, but seating is a few benches in the Rotunda and I'm not sure how early you'd have to be there to sit. We usually duck in about 15 minutes early and are able to either sit further back on the few remaining benches along the wall, or just stand behind others. Many people sit on the floor as well.

Definitely try to get there early enough to see the Voices of Liberty perform. They are amazing.

American Adventure is a great show, the theater is very large so just get there before the doors close-you won't have trouble getting a seat. Voices of Liberty perform in the rotunda in the lobby so there are just a few benches that usually get taken early. We stand for the show or check out the little gallery that's just off the rotunda-you can still hear the singers just not quite as well. Enjoy!!

You'd have to look at the schedule for voices of Liberty.

The show does not fill up.

I'd do it in the heat/rain of the afternoon vs the evening but that's just me.

Its a nice show but not on my must do list.

I spent many hours keeping people out of the Rotunda for the VoL's last show and 4:45 was always the last show. Which btw, when it was closed for a private event is performed outside the Rotunda.

Thanks all! Trying to do some things we haven’t done yet. You are all so helpful and it is truly appreciated.

Just a heads up, the best place to see the Voices is on the floor, under the dome. The acoustics in the building are astonishing, and you genuinely do miss out if you're behind the benches.
And after they finish, stay a few minutes to chat - they're all super nice people a well as being talented. I've probably sat through about 250-300 of their sets over the years.
