I am pretty sure that this has been asked before but I cannot find it!!!
I am very interested in this location for a small Escape reception and would be very grateful if somebody could answer the following questions (Carrie???)

Is the lounge part suitable for a small (between 12 and 20 people) sort of pre-reception serving some food items taken off the brunch menu and mimosas?

Will the dining room accomodate a roman table for the same amount of people with a buffet with action stations?

Can it be used during theme park hours (if transport is arranged)?

Is the rental still $250.00 with a before 4.00pm F&B minimum of $1500.00?

Are there existing table and chairs or would they have to be brought in and would this be extra?

Any photos?

Thanks for all your help

I can't answer any of your other questions, but we did look at this location with our sales consultant.

Here's a couple pics of the "living room" (I don't know what it's called right now, but I think it was the Parlor).

For 2010:
The food and beverage minimum for use of this venue is $1,225.00 for breakfast, $1,500.00 for lunch and $3,000.00 dinner (exclusive of wedding cake, service charges and sales tax). The seating capacity for the dining area is 60 guests based on rounds of 10. Entertainment, dancing and seating options will decrease overall seating capacity. The venue rental for this location is $250.00 plus tax. Disney charter bus transportation will be required. The guest count minimum is 10, maximum is 60.

Thank you
What time does breakfast become lunch? Does anybody know?
