Amazon Prime Monthly Fee?

Streaming can that be done on the iPad thru the Kindle or Amazon App? If i had an actual Kindle would I need wi-fi to stream or does it run on whisper sync?

Now I am confused. N Can you borrow the Kindle books and read them on your iPad?

For the FREE books through Prime you have to have a kindle. It doesn't work to use the Kindle app on the ipad.
