Amazon and Galapagos feedback ?

Lots of questions.....did you get yellow fever shots &/or malaria pills for the trip to the Amazon?

I called ABD and they said no vaccinations were required. I checked with my doctor and he was mainly concerned that my tetanus was up to date. He told me I did not need a yellow fever shot or malaria pills. I'm bringing lots of bug spray and watching what I eat/drink.
