Amazing rate - National w/DC in September...

Just thought I'd pass this along... I don't know if this was a computer accident, but I got a rate with National, using my DC card for six days in early september, as follows: $127; $155 with taxes. The guy said it was coming up as 67% off! This was for a standard car -- I get a free upgrade to full size with my Emerald Club card...

Don't know if this can help someone, but I'm still amazed...

There's a DC coupon for one free day if rented for at least 3 days over the weekend (it came with my DC info that's mailed to me periodicaly, but I think it can also be printed off the DC website). That knocks off another $16 or so.

I have a rate of 113.35 for 7 days, all taxes and on the Emerald Aisle. I booked a full size (same price as standard or intermediate). Used the Disney Code and my Delta 20.00 off coupon.

Sept 7-12 intermediate size car on the Aisle $108 including taxes and fees.... I can't wait hopefully there will be a few interesting cars left.

Now I'm trying to get a fantastic rate in March still no luck yet...

Yes, that is an excellent rate, but, why did you not book a full size, same price.
Remember, you are guaranteed only the class you booked.
