Family Edition doesn't mean that your child of any age can watch....it is a label for the types of teams that are on it.
The show is certainly not "G" rated either. Kids cannot be left in a bubble all of the time. Sadly, your child can be exposed to this type of behavior most anywhere. Use it as a teaching point and move on!
I find nothing wrong with the show. Survivor is considered family entertainment as well...and they have clothing issues (or lack thereof) on that show.
