So do you think the color wore off of the boa? because it was pink right up until the pit stop.

Yes, that is my/our opinion. And wasn't it raining when they were in the canoe going back and forth to the boat to play blackjack? That is when I think the boa thing got wet and the color transferred to her skin. JMHO

you are probably right and GROSS LOL
You would think if they mentioned it, it should have been added into the show so that people like me wouldn't wonder what the heck was wrong with her....I thought she had poison ivy or something.

Just clarifying. Praying and cursing are the same to you? Please explain.

BTW, I am not religious at all but would like to know

I was making a point to some cursing is not allowed in the home etc for us prayer is not allowed in our home not that we know anyone that does pray but we are a non religious family so religion does not come into our house. That was what I was saying.

Just to clarify, I don't dislike the Weavers b/c they pray a lot. I'm just a little aggravated with their attitudes toward the other teams, but that's just my viewing, I'm sure others have different opinions which make just as much sense :flower:

Yes my Dw noticed it to I didn't really notice it till she pointed it out to me. I had a good laugh at the Weavers moms comment about the lake being one of the 5 great lakes LOL apparently she hasn't looked at an atlas or map of North America that close or she would have known that the great lakes reside between Canada and the US you know the ones Erie Ontario Superior Huron and Michigan.

I hope anyone going on reality shows is prepared to have anything stupid they say aired for everyone to hear like butt girl saying "when I see the word Alabama I think ugly."

No doubt. But leave it to a ditzy blonde teenager who's obviously had zero home training (since her dad watched her hang her bare butt out the window towards three hormonal 20-something guys) to come on and insult an entire state, then snicker all the way to Talladega, futher deepening my dislike of her and the rest of the Stepford squad she calls sisters. (Actually, northeast Alabama is one of the prettiest areas in the entire state.) DH was highly peeved at her and now they are his least favorite team. He even wants to go to Orlando when they go on the trip they won and stomp a "Roll Tide" imprint in her rearend! :rotfl: What can you say? We have pride in our homestate!

I'm still rooting for the Linz family...I like the Godlewskis less every week..that one sister was super-nasty last night.

Now that's a good idea!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Why, oh why would you say someting like that on national television. It's just a rude thing to say. They were one of my favorite teams until that moment. Funny how we Alabamians can get riled up when you talk bad about our state. :teeth:

As for the Weaver family, Good lord lady, look at an atlas every now and then. Aren't they the same ones who asked if Philadelphia was a state and thought Washington D.C. was in Washington state? I may be wrong about that, but it seems as if I remember it being them.

I was LMAO when the Ghagans were complaining that their legs hurt after riding the bike and the little girl said her legs weren't hurting at all. :rotfl2:

Don't know who I'm rooting for yet. This season just isn't pulling me in like the past seasons. I'm enjoying watching with my daughter though. She's 9 and LOVES the Ghagans. She's going to be SO upset if they get eliminated.

Glad others noticed her neck....I was beginning to think maybe someone tried to choke her to get her to shut up...my gosh what a drama queen this poor girl is!!

Wouldn't it have been funny if they started driving west towards Wash. State?

A lot of people hear have been calling Stassi Schroeder a rude, spoiler brat. But what about the fact that in the end, she was right. Every minute does count, and her family just wasn't listening to her. I can understand why she was so frustrated.

Also, a previous post referred to the Bransen girl who mooned the Linz Family as being a teenager, I don't have the official site in front of me right now, but I beleive the yougnest of the Bransen Clan is in her 20's (actually, 20 I believe, but that is technically out of her teams, I like to nitpick, lol)

I'm glad someone else said it first! That was my first thought... ;)

Does anyone know what they do with the eliminated teams? (On any AR.) I don't believe they'd just send them home. Do they all travel with the production crew? Do they ship them to a resort somewhere?

I don't like the Gaghan's at all. The kids were snotty brats on the first episode during introductions. I liked the sisters until last night when the one woman started crying like a baby because she wanted to bring her backpack. Give me a break.

They don't go home after they are eliminated. They are shipped somewhere else. I'm not sure where or even if all the teams are together.

I would like the Bransons to win......I can't see the team with the two little kids winning, but who knows....but the branson are my favorites... the ones I don't like are the praying family, the Italian family and the rugrat family....

I love the 3 sisters the moon was classic I was rolling on the floor with that one LOL.

I still don't like the Weavers, but I felt sorry for them last night. It was very difficult for them to set foot on a race track after the death of the dad in the family and I admired how then out their collective chin up and did it. The mom was a real leader. She was also a real ditz when it came to Geography. Her comment about Lake Pontchartrain being one of the Great Lakes wsa funny. But what really made me laugh was when the comment that directly followed up that one by one of the little Gaughan kids (my favorite team!) asked his/her parents something like "Is Lake Pontchartrain as big as the Great Lakes?" Now, that made me roll on the floor!

I am looking forward to getting out of the US of A :).

On CBS This Morning the Schroeders said that they spent 4 hours looking for the Little Colonel. They also said they were told they were only minutes behind the Gaghan family. When asked about the Weavers, they kinda rolled their eyes and something like, "Oh, the Weavers, have you got about an hour?" but never really said anything. I really like the Weavers but it makes you wonder what goes on behind the scenes that you don't see.

I love the Godlewski My aunt who lives in Chicago knows the Godlewski family.

I don't know about the Schroeder girl--I imagine this gets really tough, stuck in a car with your family for days, little sleep, etc. If she were more mature, she might have been able to articulate her points better, but she's a teen. We aren't exactly seeing her best side.

I thought the "moon" was hysterical--kind of like the dancing in the parking lot, just a way to blow off steam. I thought it was particularly funny the next morning when they were pulling out and Dad goes something like, "Gee this time I'LL moon them, that'll scare the snot out of them!"

I give the Weavers credit for doing the race track last night--couldn't have been easy. I don't know if the producers are just playing up the praying, but I do know people who are constantly asking for divine guidance for every little thing. I don't know--IMHO, it makes more sense to ask for, say, patience or strength to deal with whatever comes along, rather than, "God, help us find the exit!" But if it works for them, who am I to question?

Wow, it was very eiry watching them in NO last night. I wonder how that long bridge survived the hurricane.

It was broken apart badly:

go to this link and click on the squares that are the 2nd from top crossing the lower lake....you'll see green leading to the lake and that is the highway.

If that didn't work for you....

Here's one pic--they all look like this:
