I saw the Harvard girls on The Early Show today. They tried to blame it on the cameraman by saying that he gave them the impression that it was OK to take a taxi. I don't believe that for a second, as it was obvious when they were in the taxi that they didn't read the instructions clearly enough before they got in, therefore I don't see what there could have been to ask the cameraman since they acted so surprised upon reading the instructions again in the taxi.

They also tried to hold themselves up as being so honest and virtuous by turning themselves in when they got to the finish line. They actually said that the mistake wouldn't have been caught if they weren't so honest. Hello???? I'm sure Phil and the production team already had an idea what had gone on and were going to correct it. Did anyone else notice they way Phil was greeting the teams. He was saying "you are the first team, second team, etc" instead of telling them what place they were in (you are team number one, team number two, etc) like he usually does. You could also see that he had a different look on his face than usual. Didn't these two rocket scientists reralize that the cameramen are probably all in contact with a central location and their mistake was probably picked up on right away?

I am soooo happy to find an AR3 thread! I can't believe I missed it until now.

I absolutely love this show! I wish I had the guts to compete but I know I couldn't do it. I'd still be looking for Pablo!

Anyway, this is the first week I was happy at which team got eliminated. Those Co-eds just bugged me because they thought they were "all that" if you know what I mean. Also, Zach needs to get a haircut! There, that's all my catiness for the evening.

On a positive note, I like both of the brother teams and hope they will do well.

I think Mike/Cathy and Adre/Damon will be the next 2 teams out of the race. Neither team really seems to have what it takes.

Oh-oh, do I foresee another lawsuit as in Stacy and Survivor 1. She was a lawyer too and when things didn't go her way, she sued Mark Burnett. Are lawyers above the rules?

my favorite teams are the twins derek and drew and the older brothers ken and gerard. i don't know why the other teams hate them.

why were heather and eve blaming it on the cameraman? the rules say he isn't allowed to help just follow their every move. i think it would have been cheating if he did help them. i think they're mad because they got eliminated for misreading the clue. you think 2 girls who went to harvard would know how to follow directions correctly.

Shouldn't there be a nonelimination round coming up soon? Watch it be tonight and the older married couple come in last. At the moment, they are the team I would most like to see eliminated just because of the way he acts toward his wife and for her putting up with it.

Wow........ no one has posted about tonights show yet.......

I must admit I was willing to give the husband a break last week, but 2 seconds into tonights show....... well he is on my want him out list now! LOL BUT it was cool seeing his wife do such a great job repelling! WTG!!!!

And this week was an elimination round...... sorry to see the team who lost go..... (I suck at names BTW so sorry about that)

I think I have a new fave team....... the COp and the firefighter.... but they need to start getting on the ball and not following so much..... that will eventually hurt them.

::::::::::::: making note to ones self :::::::::: if I am ever on AR.... always...... always check to see what kinda gas the car takes......


OH OH OH one last thing........ I need to rewatch the begining, but didnt the teams have to take a bus or a train to the first pit stop(the farest westren spot).... and a couple of teams took a cab? Anyone know??????

Some teams took a cab, others took a train - the ones who took the cab the entire distance got there first - it was OK to take the train or cab.
I was sorry to see Kathy & Michael get eliminated. 4 teams used the wrong kind of gas!! K & M were the only ones to not recover from the mistake. I'm sorry to see Ian & Terri & Aaron & Arianne still in it!!
GO BROTHERS!!! I'm rooting for the two teams of brothers - they're doing great!

As much as I hate Ian, I was pretty impressed that he fixed the car himself. I'm sure I wouldn't have known what to do.

How 'bout Flo's meltdown on the cliff? I have rappelled before and it WAS scary, but come on! It's not that bad!

I was kind of sorry to see Michael & Kathy go and would have much rather it had been either Flo & Zach, Teri & Ian or Aaron & Adrianne. At least it sounds like M&K are going to move closer together and have a real relationship.

I think Kathy and Michael, as much as I like them, deserved to be off because they totally gave up when the car broke down. They didn't even try to get it fixed that night, like the other teams did. I still like the brothers, all four of them. But John Vito and Jill are also growing on me. They never argue and seem to really have respect for each other.
