Amaryllis question

I bought two boxed amaryllis plants last Christmas and was thrilled to see them bloom. I had intended to keep them and try and get them to bloom again this season, so when summer came I put them out back. Unfortunately, even though I had the best of intentions, I forgot about them. All of the soil was washed away during a heavy rainstorm one day and I just left them be.

My question is: Do you think if I repotted them, they might grow and flower? The brown outer layer of the bulb is loose and peeling a little and underneath is still green. I'm going to take a chance and try. What do think the odds are? :D

Absolutely..give it a try, they are hardy suckers...LOL. I had one that was completely ignored inside for 9 months, very, very little water, if any. It is looking great right now.
