I respect you so much for putting yourself out there and sharing your New Year's resolutions with us. You've always inspired me with your brave goal-setting; I may just have to go there with some resolutions of my own! I, too, woke up fat this morning!

I am very impressed with your list for 2005. You are so very good at goal setting and carrying through. You can do this Amanda, I just know it!!
I joined Curves at end of Sept. It was working nicely when I bothered to go. Unfortunately, life happened these last few weeks, and I haven't been. But I have PROMISED myself a trip there tomorrow morning!!!! And here is what I have learned about Curves. You HAVE to faithfully go 3 times/week - try for 4, it can't hurt!!
And then you need to do something else at least twice a week. Like WATP, FIRM, Aerobic tape, whatever - but it has to be something where you really work up a sweat. That is if you want to loose weight. After you get to goal, Curves should pretty much keep you there (if you eat right of course!) I have seen so many of the women I work with (plus my mom) do very well with weight loss while following this program. So it can work for us too Amanda!!
We will do this together, okay?!
