Good Morning! What an evening we had last night. We had the wedding rehersal and dinner and it was a LONG evening with lots of carby foods. Breakdown for food yesterday:
B: 1 egg, slice of cheese
L: Subway Wrap
S: Mini Baby Ruth and Mini Twix Bar
D: 2 pieces of bread, Italian Salad, White Pasta, Steak Fillet w/Mushrooms, half a slice of cake.

So not the best evenings but I tried the best that I could with the menu options available. Plus we didn't eat till 8 pm so by then I was starving if they put it in front of me I ate it! Of course the scale reflected this attitude this morning showing a 2 lbs gain but ya know what that is okay because I'll be flushing alot of those carbs out of me today.
Tonight I am going over the brides house for dinner and to hang out. She is serving seafood - and again I'm going to do the best that I can.

L: Either left over Italian Chicken and veggies or Tuna Salad
D: Up to the Bride!
