Sounds like another full and busy day for you, dear Amanda! After all that running around today, please make sure you go to bed at a decent hour and get lots of rejuvenating sleep tonight. :hug:
 
I took Doe's advice last night and enjoyed a nice long bubble bath after Curves. :) Sorry my post have been so short lately I've been going through some family issues and I've been majorly distracted.

It feels so great to have a variety of food in the house again. It is funny for the last year I've been training myself to shop the perimeter of the store that now I forget to go down the other aisles. I meant to get some oatmeal last night and didn't realize that I forgot about it till I got home. :p I just walked right pass the aisle! Some things I did pick up that I've been missing is flavored yogurt, flavored cream for coffee (vanilla carmel - yum), Tortellini, bannanas, grapes, white bread ;), breaded fish fillets, and popcorn. I will just have to watch everything in some moderation and not go overboard. There was more foods I wanted to buy but I didn't want to overdue it.

Exercise: Curves after work
Water: 8 glasses (I only got in 2 yesterday)
Vitamins: At lunch
Food: B: bannana and yogurt, L: Leftover Tuna Casserole, S: Popcorn, D: Either Fish fillets and veggies OR Turkey Pot Pie.

Your doing so great keep up the good work. I can not even imagine training myself to stay away from the middle of the store for a whole year. You must be very strong. Your cruise is getting so close I know your just gonna love it. My DH and I went in sept 2003 and we still curse every time we see a cruise commercial on tv. We cant wait to go back. Wanna trade dates???? :rotfl2:

You do realize that all the things you listed as your treats are actually pretty healthy. No Cadbury Caramel eggs anywhere on that list.

I am glad that you are enjoying your Curves workouts. I hope all the family stuff works out.

That is because I like the original Cadbury Creme Eggs! I did have one the other day but I try not to look at them as I walk through the store ;)

I had to laugh about your store trip - I shop the perimeter too! It's so easy to just bypass all those aisles. I'll be thinking of you as I make a quick store trip tonight. All things in moderation - yes, even Cadbury creme eggs! :p

I'll keep you in my prayers, as always, as you deal with the family stuff. :hug: for you, sweetie.

Good Morning! Yesterday was a good day - the first good day I've had in a long time. Felt good - and then of course I realized that I let a check bounce. Oh well, all good things come to an end. :rolleyes:

Vitamins - I forgot them at home so I'll probably take them right before dinner

Your cruise is right around the corner are you starting to freak out yet? I think I would have all the bags packed hehe.

I NEED WATER!!!! Yesterday I only drank 1 glass of water and I can feel the bloat already. I'll be chugging the stuff today to try and flush my system. My Dad's surgery went well yesterday and we were even able to move more of his stuff from his apartment. I counted this as exercise since there was a lot of squatting and lifting and my muscles are sore!!! So no Curves for me yesterday!

Plan today:
WATER - 10 glasses is the goal!
Vitamins -taking them at lunch
Exercise: Rest Day - Curves is closed
Food: B: bannana and yogurt, L: Tuna Salad, D: Pizza and Salad.
