I took Doe's advice last night and enjoyed a nice long bubble bath after Curves.

Sorry my post have been so short lately I've been going through some family issues and I've been majorly distracted.
It feels so great to have a variety of food in the house again. It is funny for the last year I've been training myself to shop the perimeter of the store that now I forget to go down the other aisles. I meant to get some oatmeal last night and didn't realize that I forgot about it till I got home.

I just walked right pass the aisle! Some things I did pick up that I've been missing is flavored yogurt, flavored cream for coffee (vanilla carmel - yum), Tortellini, bannanas, grapes, white bread

, breaded fish fillets, and popcorn. I will just have to watch everything in some moderation and not go overboard. There was more foods I wanted to buy but I didn't want to overdue it.
Exercise: Curves after work
Water: 8 glasses (I only got in 2 yesterday)
Vitamins: At lunch
Food: B: bannana and yogurt, L: Leftover Tuna Casserole, S: Popcorn, D: Either Fish fillets and veggies OR Turkey Pot Pie.
