Am I the only one who LOVES Liberty Tree Tavern?

My family is a real "meat and potatoes" type family. For us, it doesn't get any better than the Liberty Tree Tavern....perhaps with the exception being the Biergarten. Those two places are the highlight of our Disney dining experience. Our third favorite place is yet another place that doesn't register on most people's favorites list: Boatwrights at Port Orleans Riverside. I had the best steak ever there a few years ago and have been unable to make it back since.

I have heard lovely reviews of LTT. It is on our list of ADRs at the end of this month. Can't wait to eat there!

I love LTT, but I prefer the lunch menu, I wish they would either bring back the characters, or at least serve the same menu all day.

Biegarten is great! We went for the first time in August and I loved it, the food was so good and it's so cute in there.

We ate there on Christmas Day in 2009, all of us absolutely loved it...it was the perfect Christmas dinner for us (okay, lunch as it was at 1:00--dinner was much later at Raglan Road at DTD).

We love LTT for lunch - were disappointed to go to dinner on our last visit and find the family style dining rather than a menu offering. We are going back in March and have it for arrival day lunch Love the pot roast (which wasn't on the dinner)

We are trying Boatwrights for the first time, and staying at POR for the first timemon that trip.

I"m with you! I adored LTT tavern. (Lunch a little more than dinner) We ended up eating there 3 times during our 10 days in September. Oops, 4 times, 3 lunches and one dinner!

We are meat and potatoes too, and I was a little intimidated by the DxDP, but we made good use and got a LOT of great food.

LTT is a must do every trip from now on, along with the Garden Grill. XD

I had never had it before our trip this past Nov - and we LOVED it! We did lunch one day then dinner the next.
I preferred lunch because I loved the roast off the menu, but all that turkey at dinner sure was nice too.

We are basic home style food people too, so this will become a must do every trip.

I was sad to see they took the characters away We used to love having the family style dinner with Chip, Dale, Pluto, Goofy and Minnie.

It was a must do for us when the characters were there, but the food was hit or miss. We had meals ranging from fantastic to YUCK. So, we think it isn't worth taking a chance of getting a yuck meal with no characters.

I love it for lunch! It was good for dinner especially when it was a character meal because the interaction was so great.

I love it there. It is a trip tradition that we always eat our last meal of the trip there. So good. =)

While we don't do LTT every trip, it is our annual Christmas dinner reservation. We look forward to it every year.

We've eaten there only once, breakfast during our last trip. It was during the Crystal Palace refurb so they brought back the colonial characters temporarily. We loved it! My DH considered it the best meal at MK. I wish that they always offered breakfast.

We ate at LTT on Christmas Eve this year and we were very happy. Had a good meal and good service. Everyone in our family added it to our list of restaurants we will return to. Not sure how we feel about the dinner menu but the lunch we had was great.

We Love LTT for lunch ! It is a must do for my DH and I. We always begin our vacation with a lunch there. It is not WDW vacation without my mozarella sticks

I'm glad someone likes LTT . Our family doesn't care for it at all (and we love the Biergarten). I had the worst TS meal or all my many WDW trips at LTT ... I thought the food was simply nasty and processed.
